Old car by francoclun Old car by francoclun
is tedious to say the same thing all the time, but this is my last effort. At this point each drawing is a struggle and a satisfaction. I'm happy with the result, although it is still below expectations. I needed to draw something different from portraits, a new challenge that would allow me to learn something new. This drawing was perfect for this purpose. So many different textures and a very high level of detail are a fun test.

The inspiration came from the beautiful drawings of cars I have seen on Deviantart, but, of course, I wanted to do things in my way. Here is my car, which also contains the human element. Not really a supercar but a car full of charm
The original photo reference is made by Wayman (thanks, my friend) and you can found it here: [link]

Approximately 110 working hours (two months)

Hope you like it
Thanks in advance for the faves and the watch

Old car by *francoclun is an amazingly detailed pencil drawing in which the time and effort poured into the piece really shows.

Many people when criticize my drawings say the opposite: why wasting 100 hours when a camera does the same job in a few seconds? Thanks a lot for the kind words :D

The amount of detail is really hard to contemplate, it's like stepping into a hyper-realistic world. I love that you enjoy the challenges that different pieces present you with, can relate!. Just an epic presentation of pure talent in every stroke, thanks for the pleasure!
